About the venue
The Hlubina mine was founded in 1852 by Salomon Mayer Rothschild at the Vítkovice Ironworks, and coal was mined here until 1991. Today, the area is a national cultural monument, and its buildings house studios, rehearsal spaces, and the cultural centre Provoz Hlubina.
