Concert at Gong
The gala concert in Dolní Vítkovice is scheduled for Thursday, 10 December 2026, in the multifunctional hall Gong. Gong was created by converting a gas holder from 1922–1924, which stored 50,000 m³ of purified blast furnace gas until 1998. The reconstruction was designed by architect Josef Pleskot and the hall was opened in 2012. The large hall on the 3rd and 4th floors accommodates 1509 spectators, and on the ground floor, you will find the Gallery Gong. The construction of the building consists of 554,000 rivets and it was ranked among the TOP 10 buildings in the world at the EXPO REAL fair in Munich.
In addition to concerts, Gong hosts conferences, congresses, and exhibitions. Tickets for the gala concert are sold by the external ticket agency Ticketportal.
