Albertus Award

We are involved in organizing the Albertus Awards. This year marks its seventh edition. The award consistently highlights the importance of quality teaching in physics and computer science and supports educators who can inspire and engage their students.

Despite many initiatives, one of the main issues remains the shortage of qualified teachers in these fields. Organisers agree that one way to improve this situation is through positive motivation and visibility for the best teachers. "Teachers are key to our future, yet they often do not receive enough attention," warns Assoc. Prof. Michal Žák from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University.

The Albertus Award also connects active educators and promotes the sharing of experiences and innovative approaches to teaching.
