ARCHITECTURE DAY: TRANSFORMATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL AREA INTO A CULTURAL CENTRE

The extensive area of former blast furnaces, coke plants, and other industrial buildings has undergone a significant transformation over the last two decades. The presentation will outline the development of this territory from 19th-century industrial architecture to newly created cultural and educational facilities and will introduce the architects and personalities involved in the transformation.
