After a successful tour in 2025, Celtic Legends return to the Czech Republic with their energetic show full of Irish music and dance. This time they will perform in April 2026 in just five cities - Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Zlín, and Hradec Králové. Celtic Legends hail from the wild and beautiful region of Connemara in Ireland and have been touring the world since their inception. Their performances, which combine live music, dance, and singing, respectfully capture the culture and ancient history of Ireland. The result is an enchanting atmosphere that transports the audience straight to the heart of Ireland – to its land, music, pubs, and culture. Irish dance has seen a great resurgence in recent years. Traditional dance elements make the show more authentic, dancers and musicians are more creative and dynamic, the audience is more engaged – and everyone leaves with the feeling that they were part of something special. This also helps them better understand what Ireland truly is. All the dancers of Celtic Legends have competed at an international level from a young age and have won numerous awards, including world champion titles. The musicians are among the best in the world - excelling in virtuoso playing and unparalleled love for their art. Choreographer Jacintha Sharpe, a respected expert with extensive experience, has selected the best from all performances and created a dynamic, lively, and captivating style of Irish dance. This motivated her to join Celtic Legends. She designed traditional choreographies that perfectly match the vibrant stage sound of the musicians. Complex group numbers complement the looser solo performances that have become hits of the show. The musical director of Celtic Legends, Seán McCarthy, is generally regarded as one of the best players of the Irish uilleann pipes in the world. Seán has won the All-Ireland Uilleann Pipes title six times.
