The Neuropolis exhibition by Krištof Kintera is on display in the hall of Gong Gallery in Dolní Vítkovice. Sculptures and reliefs made from fluorescent lights, used batteries, and other discarded components form installations of an urban landscape. Admission to the exhibition is free.
The Backstage exhibition at FUTUREUM showcased photographs from behind the scenes of horse racing from February 12 to May 25, 2025. The author is Roman Vondrouš, a photojournalist for ČTK and a recipient of the World Press Photo and Czech Press Photo awards. The exhibition was opened with a vernissage on February 12 at 17:00.

Krátkodobé a jednodenní akce
The tribute band Adele Hometown Glory performed on April 29, 2025, at Gong with an evening dedicated to the soul singer Adele. During the approximately one and a half hour concert, her greatest hits were played, including the song Skyfall, accompanied by a live band with modern sound and lighting technology.
The football talk show of former representative Pavel Horváth took place on 30 April 2025 at Gong in Dolní Vítkovice. The evening was not just about football – the guests included hockey players Martin Procházka and Rostislav Olesz, as well as former football defender Marek Jankulovski.
The Witches' Dance on 30th April 2025 began at 16:00 with a gathering at Mírové náměstí, from where witches and wizards set off together to Dolní Vítkovice. There, a prepared programme awaited them, and the five most beautiful costumes received a sweet reward. The organisers invited everyone with good spirits and a mask.
The opening of the 40 Fotoclub Ostrava exhibition took place on 30 April 2025 at 5 PM at the Gong Gallery in Dolní Vítkovice. The exhibition was inaugurated by PhDr. Petr Pavliňák, with musical accompaniment provided by Petr Džetro Ritzka and Michal Žáček. The exhibition lasted until 31 May 2025.
The 40th anniversary photography exhibition of the Photography Club Ostrava at the Gong Gallery commemorated four decades of the amateur photographers' club. The opening took place on 30 April 2025 at 17:00, inaugurated by PhDr. Petr Pavliňák with musical accompaniment, and it lasted until 31 May 2025.
The Vítkovice Group and Vítkovice Cylinders have prepared a family day in Vítkovice for 1st May 2025. The program at Lipový dvůr is complemented by guided tours of the exceptionally opened gardens of Vítkovice Castle and the Vítkovice Cylinders manufacturing plant.
On May Day 2025, lovers could head to Bolt Tower and celebrate love at a height of nearly 80 metres with a view of Ostrava. The Bolt Café offered a romantic atmosphere, coffee or drinks, and as a treat, a snow kiss. Reservations could be made in advance.
