New original project of the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava (JFO), arising from a long-term and successful collaboration with arranger Jan Lstibůrek, will bring a fusion of a symphonic orchestra and rock compositions into the industrial environment of the Ostrava multifunctional auditorium Gong. This will feature the best hits from 1991. The protagonists of the evening, subtitled Plus/Minus Year, will include not only the JFO but also singer Hana Holišová, the uniquely voiced singer Michal Skořepa, and guitarist Jiří Kučerovský. The JFO concert under the direction of conductor Stanislav Vavřinek will take place on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 18:00.
