On Sunday, 8th September 2024 from 10:00 to 19:00 in the foyer of the Multifunctional Hall Gong (2nd floor), you can look forward to thrilling performances by amateur dancers – whether it's your doctor, tram driver, teacher, or neighbour. Age, appearance, or experience do not matter; enthusiasm and joy for dance are what counts! But beware, the performances of most amateur dancers are at a very high level.
You can expect a competition in standard dances in the morning block from 10:00 and Latin American dances in the afternoon from around 14:00 until the evening hours. The exact schedule will be available from 1st September on the website of the organising body.
The jury, composed of real professionals, including Simona Švrčková and Markéta Dostálová, whom you may remember from television screens – accompanied on the dance floor by Jiří Schmitzer, David Švehlík, or Xindl X) guarantees a high level of evaluation, and the entire competition will be hosted by the charismatic Michal Kurtiš, also a professional dancer from the aforementioned television show (partner of Anna Polívková).
