The metal festival OSTRAVA IN FLAMES is kicking off its second decade!
The OSTRAVA IN FLAMES festival will take place for the eleventh time, traditionally in the middle of summer, on Saturday, 2nd August 2025. It will once again be held in the unique setting under the blast furnace, in the attractive area of Dolní Vítkovice in OSTRAVA, and the organisers promise a truly heated festival atmosphere and a full pot of fantastic metal experiences.
The first bands of the 11th edition of the festival are confirmed! Look forward to the famous German metal icon U.D.O. led by the master Udo Dirkschneider, who had to cancel his participation in the 10th edition of the festival at the last minute for health reasons. Udo is fit again and is looking forward to his long-awaited return to OSTRAVA and to all of you as you all rock out together again! For the very first time, the famous Finnish metal monsters LORDI will be heading to the festival with their sensational, spooky show, full of the biggest hits! The passionate and wild thrash metal will be brought to you by the fierce, energetic beauties NERVOSA all the way from distant Brazil. The beloved happy metal band FREEDOM CALL will put smiles on your faces and get the whole area dancing with their catchy music. The famous singer RONNIE ROMERO (Rainbow, MSG) and guitar wizard GUS G (ex-Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind) will join forces and present a phenomenal show together!
