True Crimes: Blackout tour

Get ready for an evening full of the toughest true crime stories and uncompromising dark humour. In November 2026, we are heading out on the only tour of the year.

True Crimes presents itself as the first Czech true crime podcast about crimes that have happened and about which you don't know everything. New episodes are released weekly on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Instagram. The faces of the podcast are Bára Krčmová and Lucie Bechynková. On the Blackout tour, they will meet listeners live, and Ostrava is one of their stops.

True Crimes: Blackout tour – Gong – Dolní Vítkovice

The evening will take place on Sunday, 1st November 2026, at 19:00 in the multifunctional hall Gong in Dolní Vítkovice. Tickets are sold by an external pre-sale.

Multifunctional hall Gong

Gong was created by converting a gas holder from 1922–1924, which stored 50,000 m³ of purified blast furnace gas until 1998. The reconstruction was designed by architect Josef Pleskot, and the hall was opened on 1st May 2012. The large hall has 1,509 seats and, in addition to concerts and performances, Gong hosts conferences, congresses, and exhibitions. In 2013, the building received the Building of the Year award at the EXPO REAL fair in Munich. On the ground floor, you will find the Dolní Vítkovice Information Centre and the Gong Gallery.

It is worth arriving at Gong in advance and taking a walk around the Dolní Vítkovice area, the former ironworks, which is now a national cultural monument.
