The Workshop Shapes Hidden in Wood took place on 15 February 2026 from 11:00 to 12:30 at the Gong Gallery. Participants were inspired by the work of regional artist Helena Salichová, exploring the artistic potential of wood structures and experimenting with prints, experiments, and working with the material.
What can be hidden in a piece of wood?
In this workshop inspired by the work of a regional artist, we will collectively develop our imagination and discover the artistic potential of natural wood structures. We will get acquainted with the work and principles of Helena Salichová, guided by the drawing of growth rings, cracks, and traces of time. We will engage in prints, experiments, working with the material, and above all, the joy of creation!
