52 years ago on this day, the Apollo 11 crew successfully landed in the Pacific Ocean after completing their Moon mission. At the Science and Technology Centre, we will commemorate and celebrate this day with you. Experience a training day as astronauts at NASA! Test your skills, knowledge, and courage, collect stamps for your astro-passport and become an astronaut for at least one day. We have studied the training programs that were used directly at NASA in preparation for the Apollo missions and selected the best from them! Will you manage to collect lunar samples, solve a crisis situation under pressure, or plant a flag even in challenging conditions? We will also put your brain to the test with a knowledge quiz and crucial questions – what to do if the landing on the Moon goes out of control? And every proper astronaut in training should also undergo a proper stress test, so the gyroscope will not be missed! The Great World of Technology is open from 10:00 to 18:00, and the themed accompanying program runs from 11:00 to 17:00.
