The city, universities, private entities, and innovation centres will engage in discussions and presentations on current trends in talent and giftedness development in Ostrava. The conference titled Talent City 2022, aimed at supporting and developing talents in several areas, will take place on 14th and 15th September 2022 in the centre of Ostrava. The event will connect local organisations, foreign guests, and city presentations, discussing how to work on supporting talents and how Ostrava itself is improving in talent development. "As part of the accompanying programme of the Talent City 2022 conference, instructors from the Science and Technology Centre will present on Thursday at Masaryk Square the activities we have prepared in our area for those interested in developing talent and giftedness. We are opening the AKTANA Club, inviting young enthusiasts interested in research and experimentation, as well as those interested in robotics and programming. We are also preparing lectures with interesting experts on various topics that are shaping the current world and could interest the general public. For parents with children, Amos's clubs or the Small and Big Craftsman course are prepared.
