Spring Holidays at U6 and the World of Technology

Dear visitors, we have prepared a packed accompanying program not only for the Ostrava spring holidays. Additionally, Mondays (3rd February – 16th March 2025), which are usually closed, will be open. The Children's World (ground floor of the World of Technology) is also open. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Scooby Doo - Saturday 1st February

You will encounter the cursed submarine of Captain Redbeard, ghosts, monsters, and one giant mystery! And also Scooby Dooby Doo!!!!

you will make and take home a dog tag
there will also be logical puzzles
and don't forget to take a photo with the ghost!

Art Saturdays - Saturdays 8th February, 15th February, 22nd February

You will try various artistic techniques and then take your artwork home.

Biplane Štefan (daily)

You can sit in it and experience a flight with virtual reality.

Ship Vítkovice (daily)

The newest interactive exhibit, the ship is named after the largest Czechoslovak cargo ship, which transported mainly ore and sailed around the world under the Czechoslovak flag from 1966 to 1987. TICKETS ONLINE

Is boring reality not enough for you? Move with us into the virtual world, where even a dull day can be full of fun. With our virtual reality, you can experience what it's like to dive to the ocean floor, climb mountains, or compete with a robot.

3D Cinema: T-REX (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun: 10:30, 12:00, 16:00)

Dinosaurs have inspired and excited us since time immemorial. And the king of all lizards – T-Rex. Thanks to the revolution in paleontology, it's time to revisit this iconic dinosaur in cinemas.

2D Cinema: 3-2-1 Start! (Tue, Thu, Sat; 10:30, 12:00, 16:00)

3-2-1 START! is an adventurous animated film about the courage and ingenuity you need to get into space and back. Little Hamster Elon is a scientist living on a dump, and in the yard of his house, he finds a crater with a broken robot in it. And thus begins Elon's great adventure.

Playtime with the Robo-Dog Čudlík (Mon-Sun: all day)

Who watches over the World of Technology? Our new technological friend – the Robo-Dog Čudlík, who is not only a great guard but also a fun attraction. During the spring holidays, you can meet him with us every day!

Science Show with New Experiments (Fri-Sun: 11:00, 13:00, 15:00)*

Our team has prepared a brand new science show with experiments for you! You can literally feel science on your own skin, and it will be fun! You will find out what it was like when carbide lamps were lit, or discover fascinating moments when spices or iron burn. We can turn water into light or darkness – we will convince you of this with your own eyes!

Escape Room (every Wednesday: 5th February, 12th February, 19th February, 26th February, 5th March, 12th March)

Help our robotic colleague escape, who has become a victim of a mad scientist. In this escape game, you will test how well you can use your brain cells and eyesight. And if you manage to conquer our game, a reward will surely await you.
