Let's give old things a new life together! The workshop will take place at 10:30, 12:30 and 13:30. The price for the workshop and entry to Milan Dobeš Museum is 50 CZK. What is upcycling?  Upcycling is the transformation of old and unnecessary products into new materials or products of better quality, which serve to improve the value of the environment. In simple terms, it is about breathing new life into old things that others consider waste, turning them into new and useful products that will serve us further. The whole process aims for maximum utilization of existing material resources. You can see practical upcycling in the work of Krištof Kintera, whose works are on display at Milan Dobeš Museum. He creates sculptures and reliefs from fluorescent lights, used batteries, and other components, forming monumental installations. Krištof Kintera gives a second chance to things that most of us consider waste, and through clever combinations, unique artworks are created. The work Out of Power Tower by Krištof Kintera was made from used batteries.
